Rebecca Landewe works for the Nature Conservancy in Van Buren, Missouri but she is also a very active volunteer and partner with the Ozark Trail Association. She recently renovated a home in Van Buren near the river that was flooded in eight feet of water. She shared her experience with the flood of 2017 and why she loves the region, the rivers and the people that helped her endure this tragic event.
